This all depends on what you are wanting to achieve. For a complete removal, on average we expect 8-15 sessions but lightening for a cover up may take as little 2-5 sessions. Treatments can be performed every 8 weeks.

For the first 24–48 hours after your treatment, avoid high-intensity exercise, heavy sweating, and environments such as spas, saunas, or swimming pools to reduce the risk of irritation or infection. Keep the treated area out of direct sunlight and apply SPF if sun exposure can’t be avoided.
You may shower as normal, but avoid letting hot water run directly over the treated area. Treat the skin as you would a mild sunburn, be gentle and pat dry with a clean towel. To help soothe the area, apply Savlon or Bepanthen morning and night for the next five days.
